Sweden is located in northern Europe, bordering the Baltic Sea, Gulf of Bothnia, Kattegat, and Skagerrak, between Finland and Norway. It covers an area of 449.964 km2, with 68% forests and woodland, 7% arable land, 1% permanent pastures and 24% of other land.
